Born in Tapting, Solu Khumbu, Nepal, AC moved to the United States in 1987 and attended high school in Seattle, WA and college in Honolulu, HI. Now a guide in North-America, he has 20+ years of experience in hospitality and 14 years experience as a guide in the USA and throughout the Himalayas. AC holds the world record for climbing the highest mountain on each of the seven continents, the “Seven Summits,” an accomplishment he achieved in 42 climbing days. Chhurim Sherpa
In 2011, Chhurim was the first woman to climb Mt Everest twice within one week and set a new world record. She started her mountaineering career in 2010. She is our company’s first female guide and is sponsored by AC Sherpa, President of ISG. She also climbed Island Peak, Mera Peak, Pancha Chuli.
