Day 1 – Depart USA/ Home Country
Day 2– Transit to Indonesia
Day 3– Arrive Jakarta, Indonesia – transfer flight to Timika ( Island of Papua)
Day 4– Fly to Sugapa Town
Day 5– Rest and Supply day ( extra day for flight delay) Sugapa Market
Day 6– 7 Trek to Carstensz Pyramid Base Camp
Day 8– Summit day or Rest Day
Day 9– Summit Day
Day 10– Extra day
Day 11– Trek to Sugapa
Day 12– Trek to Sugapa
Day 13– Fly to Timika
Day 14– Fly Timika – Jakarta (or Bali) ( end of ISG) – onward travel to home country.

Cost: $15,000
6 Climber Minimum Cost $15,000.00
Deposit $5,000.00

Payments
$5,000.00 deposit, due with application
Balance due 120 days prior to departure.
$5,000.00 deposit, due with application.
Balance due 90 days prior to departure.
Please note if you would like to pay the balance with a credit card a .037% surcharge will be added to your balance.

CARSTENSZ PYRAMID CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Each deposit, regardless of amount, includes a $200.00 non-refundable registration fee.
All balances are due 120 days prior to departure date unless otherwise specified.
Full refunds, less deposit, will be provided 120 days prior to the expedition date.
50% refunds will be provided 60-120 days prior to expedition date.
No refunds will be provided 59-days prior to the expedition date.
All refund requests must be made in writing.
Participants whose balances are not received by the 120th day deadline as stated above, risk forfeiture of their place on the expedition.

Note: ISG highly recommends trip cancellation insurance for all expeditions. Due to the nature and heavy costs of government and operator permits, ISG must adhere to a stringent refund policy.
